We invite you to spend a pleasant stay within these four hamlets dated back to year 1800, completely restored.
Each country house has been recently and accurately restructured maintaining its old raw materials, is equipped with all comforts in order to spend a quite and relaxing holiday.
The farm house is situated in an 18 Ha green and quite valley, among the town hills of Gualdo, Sarnano, San Martino e Servigliano.
Its wide panoramic position spaces from the Sibillini mountains (Sassotetto) to the Adriatic Sea (Porto San Giorgio and San Benedetto).
The complex is made, that form a small Borgo named C.da le Fosse.
All hamlets have been given the name of a typical plant of the place and they all have their own barbecue area.
During your stay, you will be able to take beautiful walks or, if you prefer, it will be provided to you some mountain bikes to go for a ride along paths into greenwoods and fields to really enjoy the rural leaving.

La Quercia (6)
It is an apartment made out from old warehouses. Placed on one level, it includes three comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, and a long corridor that opens into a wide living room with fireplace and a functional kitchenette.
The apartment is provided with heating, television and all facilities needed to spend a pleasant holiday.

Il Fienile (3)
It is an apartment made out from an old hayloft and situated in a panoramic position. Placed on two levels, it includes one comfortable bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a comfortable living room, a wide kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and another small room.
