This brand newly stone-built villa is located less than 200 mt from the sea in the picturesque fishing village of Stintino in the north-western part of Sardinia.
Complete with all creature comforts it has been designed to integrate perfectly in this outstanding Mediterranean environment, cohabiting with some of the most beautiful plants in the whole of Italy.
Amongst the gardens is a state of a swimming pool, illuminated with under water lights enhancing the enjoyment of this perfect setting. The veranda, characterised by trusses in farmhouse style, goes between the wonderful external landscape and the living room.
All the rooms keep a constant healthy level of temperature and degree of humidity.

Matching the beauty of its' coastline, the hinterland of Sardinia is a magnificent and uncompromising landscape of high rugged mountains, deep gorges and ravines and rolling wooded countryside, with small forests of pine and holm-oak interspersed by olive and almond groves, vineyards and citrus plantations and great swathes of green and yellow Macchia, the dense and aromatic Mediterranean scrub-land, still in some places inhabited by wild boar, a Sardinian delicacy and quite commonly featured on the menus of restaurants throughout the island.
