The Masseria Valle Rita is located inside a biological agricultural property on the hills of Ginosa in the septentrional part of Salento at 30 km of Taranto, it can accommodate from 2 to 5 people in its various independent apartments and houses. The structure of the Masseria dates of the XIV century, it was entirely restored and divided into 9 charming apartments. If you wish, it is possible to taste typical and excellent dishes of the area in the restaurant. Moreover Valle Rita is equipped with a bar, of a swimming pool, a tennis court and a game library. You will be able to reach easily and in a few times the Ionian Sea and its superb beaches or to visit the historical cities of Matera, Taranto, Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Lecce. Rosmarino and Lavanda: (3+1) 55 m² These apartments preserved the initial arrangement. Located in the appendix, they are composed: of a large matrimonial room, of a living room with a cooking corner, a dining room with a sofa bed and a chimney, a shower-room, a patio with a garden. Ginestra, Ginepro and Zagare: (3) 55 m² These apartments are located opposite the yard of olive-trees, between the restaurant and the swimming pool. They are characterized by a superb portico covered with climbing pinks roses. They are composed of a vast and sunny living room with a cooking corner and a sofa bed, of a matrimonial room, a wardrobe, a shower-room, a patio and a garden. Casa Api: (4) 65 m² Immerged in the small valley called Rita in the middle of citrus fruits, this small house is roomy and completely independent. It is composed: of a living room with a cooking corner, of two double rooms, a shower-room and a private garden. A stone staircase carries out to a small church. Casa Angelino: (5) 87 m² This small house used to be the Pastor’s home. On its side it’s still possible to see the secular ancient palm tree which was planted by the queen Maria Cristina at the end of the XIX century. It is composed of a vast living room with a cooking corner, a chimney and a sofa bed, of a matrimonial room, a double room and a bathroom. Outside, you disposed of a private garden, an arranged terrace and an old furnace with restored wood.
