Pretty independent house with direct access to a rocky outcrops in the tranquil and bathing area of Contrada Isola (the old summer residence of the Syracusans) with enchanting views of the old city and the island of Ortigia.
It is equipped of a large veranda for meals outside with a view of the Ionian sea.
The property has a large lawn that descends gently towards the sea and is ideal for those who want a relaxing holiday and for families with small children or groups of friends.
The bathing area is well connected to Siracusa (bus stop close to the villa).
