How to book

1. Search for your property
Browse through our wide choice of rental property. We know each property well and can help you choose the one that best matches your needs and priorities. Don’t hesitate to call us and we will be delighted to help you.

2. Built your wish list
Add each property selected by clicking on “Add to my wishlist” at the bottom of every property's detail page.

3. Request information or booking
Is the property available? Do you need more information? Click the "see my wishlist and information request form" at the bottom of every property's detail page.
Once complete with the details, the request form will be on its way to us.
We also accept booking requests by email, fax or telephone.
 
4. "Option" Property and Receive Rental Agreement
Once we have confirmation your property is available for your specific dates and you indicate you would like to book it (possibility to "option" the property for 24 hours), an Accommodation Voucher package will be sent to you. It contains detailed directions to the property, its address and telephone number, and the name and telephone number of the property owner or caretaker who will be greeting you upon arrival.

5. Booking Confirmed
The final booking will be confirmed at the reception of the deposit notified on the Voucher. The deposit has to be paid within three business days of our notifying you that the property is available and has been optioned in your name by receiving the voucher.

6. Final Payment
Your final payment method will be indicated on your Accommodation Voucher.
